This is Knox, Our Knoxy Bear

Knox Dydalewicz embraced life with a love for adventure. In his 12 short years on earth, he brought joy and kindness to all who knew him. He was passionate about life:  playing basketball, collecting basketball shoes and cards, hanging out with his friends, fishing, golf, playing video games, and playing at the ocean. He showed empathy and care for others, always making his Mom, Dad, and Bobo (big brother) proud.

Knoxy Bear was Knox’s nickname from the day he was born. To this day, all his friends and family refer to him as Knoxy Bear. When Knox left this earth, he left a profound void behind, yet his legacy of kindness continues to inspire our community.
His daily acts of kindness, both big and small, ensure he will never be forgotten.

Knox had a deep love for his friends, always striving to include everyone in every adventure or activity, ensuring no one felt left out. He valued friendship above all else, standing out as a great student in his school by setting an example of empathy and inclusivity.

If you would like to donate to The Live Like Knox Foundation Inc., we would be deeply honored and grateful for your support in keeping Knoxy’s legacy of kindness alive.

About the Live Like Knox Foundation

Knox inspired his family to create the Live Like Knox Foundation to honor his memory with a purpose — to recognize students who Live Like Knoxy Did (#LLKD).

The foundation was established to acknowledge and celebrate students with incredible character. These #LLKD Kids are known for their joy, respectful interactions with peers and adults, and commitment to live with kindness and take a stand against bullying. They are natural leaders who stand out in their schools and build friendships with everyone.

The Live Like Knox Foundation provides financial aid for student extracurricular activities and college scholarships to graduating seniors who demonstrate leadership, kindness, empathy, and joy. Living each day a 10 out of 10. (As Knoxy rated each day) . Nominated by their teachers, coaches, and school administrators, these deserving students are recognized for their joyful spirit, leadership, and positive impact both in person and online. Our LLKF Board makes the final selections.
