DeMarcus Ware
DeMarcus Ware is a Pro Football Hall of Famer, Super Bowl Champion, and one of the most dominant defensive players in NFL history. A longtime leader with the Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos, he earned nine Pro Bowl selections, was named to the NFL 2000s Al-Decade Team, and helped lead the Broncos to a Super Bowl 50 victory.
After retiring in 2017, Ware signed a one-day contract to retire as a Dallas Cowboy and was later inducted to the team’s Ring of Honor, where he remains the franchise’s all time sack leader. April 19 is officially recogonized as “DeMarcus Ware Day” in his home state of Alabama, honoring his impact both on and off the field. Today he continues to inspire others through community work, motivational speaking, and faith-driven leadership, encouraging people to use their gifts with purpose, discipline and heart.

Dr. Zac Bauermaster
Zac’s mission in education is people first: leading by valuing, encouraging, and equipping others to use their gifts to make a lasting difference. He currently is a principal in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Before stepping into this role, he served as an assistant principal, administrator of online learning, and social studies teacher. His experience across K–12 education has given him a broad perspective and deep appreciation for the impact of teachers, staff, and families at every level.
